Lead and supervise groups of dogs during field trips, ensuring their safety and well-being. Navigate and explore various locations, keeping dogs engaged and active. Handle diverse canine personalities, addressing behavior and maintaining a positive pack dynamic. Implement basic canine first aid when necessary and manage unexpected situations effectively. Communicate with clients about their dogs' activities and ensure a delightful experience for both pets and owners. Utilize reliable transportation to transport dogs to and from field trip locations. Follow and uphold company protocols and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
• Passion for working with dogs and creating enriching experiences for them*.
• Familiarity with the local downtown West Palm Beach area.
• Reliable transportation suitable for transporting dogs safely.
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and a flexible schedule, particularly in the mornings.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
*Previous experience in dog care, group settings, or related fields is a big plus!
